Exchanges and returns policy for the European Territory
Contact us via email info@amazingstore-pt.com, indicating the order number, copy of the invoice, photograph of the product in question and description of the problem. After this contact, you will be provided with the necessary information to proceed with the exchange or return.
Important: In no case send the articles without prior contact as they will not be received.
Note 1: Shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer, except in cases where the reason for the return or exchange is attributable to us or to the carrier.
Note 2: The exchange or refund will only be made after checking the product's condition
Returning orders
The maximum period for returning or exchanging an order is 15 days after receiving it.
The return is only accepted if the products are in their original, inviolate packaging, accompanied by the respective purchase invoice.
The right of free withdrawal in contracts concluded at a distance or concluded outside the establishment is 15 days under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
Products returned after a maximum period of 15 days
After 15 days of receiving the order, any return or exchange of products will only be considered if it is invoked and accepted by us, reason for "just cause".

Procedures
The refund payment will be made through the same method used when paying the initial order, for example Credit or Debit Card and ATM.
Costs
If the reason for the return is attributable to us (e.g. defective product or error in order processing), the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
However, in the case of an order for several products and only part of which is returned or exchanged, no refund of shipping costs will be processed.
